Halloween Fun

Today has been kind of a non day.  We've been so consumed with Halloween festivities, and the Kim Kardashian news (none of us are huge Kardashian fans, but for some reason we are all enthralled with the latest developments of Kim K's life), that not much work got done today.  It's OK, tomorrow is another day!

Now THAT'S how you do Halloween in the work environment!!  I wasn't entirely excited about my outfit, it was seriously the most unflattering outfit possible, but having a group of people looking as schlumpy as you made it OK.  Jade and I were much more glam last year.
 
 
The sad part, we were pretty much the only ones in the building dressed up, so we were kind of winners by default.  But not really because we weren't even technically eligible to compete in the costume competition (it was only open to certain teams within the building), we just did it for the love of Halloween and dressing in funny costumes and decorating our cubicles.  So yeah, we're kind of losers in the end.  But hey, we had FUN doing it! 
 
Tonight, the plans are to hand out candy to the kiddies and somehow do Insanity in between the doorbell rings.  We'll see if that works.

Weekend Recap and The Week Ahead

This has been a super relaxing weekend and I am sorry to say that it is almost over.  


Yesterday, post-run, was a deliciously lazy day which included catching up on the DVR, a home cooked dinner (pulled pork, Alexia sweet potato fries and roasted greenie beanies), froyo and a scary movie (The Crazies - not bad).

Sunday we started the day with breakfast out.  Of all meals to eat out, I LOVE eating breakfast out.  We don't do it enough.  We went to Perkins where I had to hold myself back from ordering a hot Apple Cinnamon Muffin with my meal, or an iced cinnamon roll or a plate full of yummy french toast.  Instead I opted for scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, breakfast potatoes (I gave half-ish to J) and some whole wheat toast.  I devoured it, therefore no pictures were taken of breakfast.  It was GOOD.  Best breakfast I have had in like a month.


The rest of the day was nice.  The weather was gorgeous, so we went out to Celebration to walk around, visit the Farmer's Market and do some window shopping.  It was very nice.   While we were there, the Celebration local newspaper caught our eye, and guess who was on the cover?  




It was leftover from her Celebration gig a couple of weeks ago.  Neat!  Afterwards we made a Target trip and then watched Tron.  Yeah, like from the 80s.  




It was OK.  I can see why it was super cool back in 1982, but today it was a little bit silly.  We watched it cuz we were gearing up to watch Tron Legacy (which was made in 2010), which we just got from Netflix.  Cuz we're dorks, yes.


And now we're catching up The Sing Off from last week.  Fun stuff.  


So this week I have my workouts all planned out, a la that half marathon schedule I posted the other day.  Here's what's on tap:


Monday - Insanity Cardio Recovery (pm workout, gotta be at work early tomorrow)
Tuesday - 3 miles treadmill
Wednesday - Insanity Pure Cardio
Thursday - 2 miles outside or treadmill (we'll see how I feel that day)
Friday - Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit
Saturday - 5 miles outside
Sunday - Rest


We'll see how I can handle that.  I'm sure one of those days will be cashed in for a rest day, but we'll see.  We're only t-minus 14 days from the cruise!  SO excited!!  


And I am also super excited about tomorrow - HALLOWEEN!  As you know we're dressing up at work as the Ghostbusters, so it will definitely be a fun filled day.  Pictures to come for sure!


OK, gotta go, the Dartmouth Aires are killing "Club Can't Handle Me" - LOVE THEM!  Have a great night!

New Shorts

I am happy to report that I have gotten over my temporary Tootsie Roll addiction.  Now, when I think about a Tootsie Roll I get kind of queasy.  So that is settled.


Last night Hubs and I went to Sports Authority and I bought two new pairs of running shorts.  Yay!  I have a thing about running shorts, I can never seem to find pair that fit to my liking.  Most of the shorts out there are waaay to short for my liking.  Um, yeah, I really don't want to expose these thunder thighs that much, and I am sure you don't want to see them running at your in all of their glory during a race.  For this reason, I look for shorts that a tad longer.  Well, that's kind of impossible, so I do the next best thing, I buy them a size bigger than I need, and voila, longer shorts.  See?




Long and loose - the way I like them.  I just can't do tight or constricting.  These are Champion Relaxed Fit Shorts and they were only 20 bucks at Sports Authority (nothing is 20 bucks at Sports Authority usually, so this was a win for me).  I ran in them this morning (more on that in a sec) and they were fantabulous.  Very glad I bought them.  And I like the color.  They are "asphalt" - a darker gray.  Not black, like all of my other workout pants.  


I also bought a pair of Adidas shorts, again one size up, and they are equally as comfy and long enough to cover my problem areas (thighs).  And they were on sale for 20% off, so I got them for $20 as well.  Go me.  Haven't tried those out yet, but I will and I'll let you know how they are.


Today, the plan was to go for a 4 miler outside.  I got up, it was darker than usual (rain was in the forecast), but it wasn't raining at home.  So I got in my car to drive to my favorite running loop and it started POURING.

I could probably handle running in a light drizzle, but this was RAIN.  So I quickly went to plan B and turned my car around and went to the gym instead.  I wasn't entirely excited about this...




...but I knew I had to get in 4 miles, so I did it.  Hey, like my shirt?  Isn't it cute?  I kind of wish the logo was on the back too, since no one really sees you from the front in a race. I'd like it so that I could let the people behind me know I want them to have a nice run also.  Can you get on that Track Shack?  Thanks.  Sorry, random.


My run on the treadmill was great, despite the 63 times I tripped and almost fell off.  Seriously, it was bad today.  I almost stopped at one point because I had such vivid visions of me tripping, falling and flying off the back of the treadmill.  But I didn't.  I trudged on.  


I did 4/2 intervals today.  Something different.  I knew I wanted to try out the 4 minutes of running again, since I got so comfy at 3 minutes.  But I also thought I would take a longer walk break just so I didn't poop out and go back down to 3's.  It was a success, so I think I will start doing 4 minute running intervals from now on.  I say this now, but next time I'm sure I'll be like "I like 3's, they're easy."  You can tell I don't push myself too hard.  Anyway, overall, good run.

Tootsie

It seems like everyone has Tootsie Rolls on their desk for Halloween.  I have eaten like 77 of them today.  I don't even like chocolate!  (although, Tootsie Rolls are a weird "chocolate like" flavor) 

Must. Stop. Now.  One day off of the challenge and I am already bingeing on sweets.

Getting Ready for Halloween

Woo, I must have done something wrong during Insanity on Wednesday because I was so very sore yesterday! My back ached, and my shoulders and arms, I could barely lift them. Yikes! I don't think I was this sore when I did Insanity for the very first time.

Last night I went to bed thinking "I may or may not do Insanity tomorrow, we will see how I feel when I wake up." I woke up this morning and, OW. So I layed there a while contemplating whether to get up or not. I finally did and surprisingly, once I got moving I didn't feel so sore. So I went for it!

Today's workout was Cardio Power and Resistance and I had grown to not like this workout too much when I did Insanity through the first time. Not sure why. Today, I liked it. It went by quickly and didn't leave me on the floor gasping for air (like Wednesday's workout did). Overall good stuff. I am so glad I got out of bed this morning.

Tomorrow I will be doing my "long run" of the week. It's only 4 miles, which is not very long, but longer than any other distance I've run this week (ahem, 0 miles). Even though Amanda and I aren't 100% committed to the Disney World Half Marathon in January yet, I am going to act like we are and adhere to the 12 week Hal Higdon Half Marathon training schedule that I use. And yes, I know this is a "novice" training plan, and I am not a "novice" at half marathons, but I like this schedule.  It works for me.  Other schedules focus on tempo runs and weird stuff like that.  I'm slow, and I don't care to be any faster, so "novice" is just fine for me. 

I have tweaked the plan a lot.  (that's legal right?)  Because of my whole "Insanity 3 days a week until the cruise" goal, I have replaced some of the running in the next couple weeks with Insanity.  Eh, it works.  I probably expend more energy and burn more calories during Insanity than I do in a run, so it all evens out in the end, I think.  I also flip flopped some of the days around to fit my schedule. 

 
If I can just stick to this plan as much as humanly possible, then I think I will be OK. I can get crazy with it once the cruise is over.  Though, according to this, this means I have to run during my cruise. Bleh. I'm not a vacation worker outer. But I wish I was. Well hey, cruise ship gyms are usually spectacular so maybe I will feel compelled to workout. Eh, maybe I won't. But I'll make an effort. How about that? (sorry, just reasoning with myself over here)

So this morning at work we spent a whole lot of time transforming our area into the Ghostbusters headquarters and less time doing work.  But look at our handiwork!  We went from this - boring filing cabinets...


To this - the Ghostbusters headquarters!



I can't take credit for any of the thought behind what our area looks like.  We have a guy on our team with a vision for everything.  I literally was just the tape dispenser girl.  If he needed tape, I gave it to him.  Hey, that's important too.

Stay Puft

So, this morning when the alarm went off and I got out of bed, my body felt ripped apart from the Insanity yesterday and on Monday.  Ow.  Back sore, shoulders sore, legs sore.  So I hit the snooze alarm, got back into bed and did some thinking.  Integrating Insanity into my regular running schedule is tough stuff, and I should probably ease back into the Insanity thing without taxing my body too much.  Right?
 
Therefore I made the executive decision to nix the running this week and just focus on Insanity.  Once my body is used to the Insanity again, then I will bring the running back in.  Genius idea?  Yes, because I got to sleep an extra hour.  :) 
 
Since, again, there is no workout to babble on about, here's some fun stuff to know that I learned on the internet...
 
- Yeah, Jessica Simpson, we know you're pregnant.  You're not fooling us by staying mum about it.  If you really wanted to keep us wondering, you would be wearing loose fitting muu muus or flowy blouses, not tight, figure hugging clothes that show off your bump.  I know you're still waiting for someone to pay you a lot of money to "break the story" but now that it's so blatantly obvious that you are pregnant, no one is going to pay you for the story.  Sorry. 
 
  
- What happened to Lindsay Lohan's face?  And what is up with her brown teeth?
 
 
- Kim K. has stated that her marriage situation has "not been ideal."  Um, yeah, you married someone you knew for like 3 seconds and now you are living in a apartment with your brand new husband, your sister, her freakshow boyfriend and a 22 month old baby.  Oh, and a full camera crew.  I would say that's not really the ideal newlywed situation.   
 
But they do make a cute couple
- Last night Hubs and I watched that new show "American Horror Story" On Demand.  Holy freakshow!  It was good!  But weird and creepy and strange.  I was on edge the whole show and then felt a little uneasy after it was over.  It's super creepy.  The show is on FX Wednesdays at 10pm.  We watched the pilot episode last night, so we have a few to catch up on (I think there have been four shows total so far).  But it's good and got me into the Halloween spirit a bit.    
 
 
- Speaking of Halloween, we are a GO for our awesome Halloween theme this year at work - GHOSTBUSTERS.  We have our outfits, we have our homemade proton packs (which look sooo awesome), we have the decor all planned out.  We even have a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.  :)  I will of course be sharing all of the pics after Halloween!
 
 
But can Ghostbuster top what we did last year? 
 
Clue!
One thing is for sure - my wig definitely won't be as cool this year.

Victories!

So I had a victory this afternoon.  You  know how I have kind of been teetering on the fence about signing up for the Disney World Half Marathon in January?  I think I convinced Amanda to do it with me!  Yay!  Our friends Erin and Colleen are doing it as well, so it could be a fun filled outing.  We're going to sit on it a little longer, mull it over (since it's such a big expense) and then sign up in the next week or so.

This means we will be running two half marathons in two months - Disney in January, and then 7 weeks later, the Disney Princess at the end of February.  For some reason this makes me excited.  What is wrong with me?
 
So, I mentioned earlier that I have gone 24 days without Diet Coke.  This is 24 days longer than I ever thought I would be able to do that.  Seriously.  In addition to quitting Diet Coke, these last 24 days Hubs and I have also been "eating clean."  And by clean, I mean no bread, no sweets, no cheese - aka no Subway, no cereal, no cookies and no chips and queso (staples in our diet).  We have been relegated to lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates (ie, brown rice, whole wheat pasta)  It sounds awful right?  But it hasn't been!  It has been enlightening and has shown us a new way to eat.
 
Let me back up.  Hubs and I are terrible eaters.  Thank God I work out because otherwise I would be the size of a house with all of the bad food I eat.  We like to eat out.  And that includes drive thru at various fast fooderies.  Every once in a while we try to "be good" which equates to me cooking three or four days and then on the weekends we'd be back to our bad habits, stuffing our faces with bad food.  Not a good way to live.  We knew it was bad for us and we knew we needed to stop doing that, so we tried something.
 
Hubs and I were introduced by a friend to a product line called Advocare - which is a health/wellness company that sells vitamin supplements and other various health products.  Our friend challenged us to do something called the "24 Day Challenge" which is basically 24 days of clean eating paired with use of their products.  We heard stories about the miracles the 24 Day Challenge performs and we were intrigued.  But, me being a food pessimist and picky eater, I was like, "we will NEVER last on that!" (or rather, I will never last on that)  I figured we'd do it for a week and then fall off the wagon.
 
Mouth, insert foot.  We started on October 3rd, I stocked our house full of fruits and veggies, chicken and brown pastas and rices.  I threw all of our bread in the freezer and sadly poured out our milk and OJ (not on the plan).  And we got serious about it. 
 
For the first 10 days - the "Cleanse" phase - the plan was to eat 5 meals a day that were primarily centered around fruits in the morning (so for breakfast and mid-morning snack we ate fruit, fruit and more fruit), for lunch we had a lean protein (think turkey burger no bun, chicken, etc) with a veggie or fruit, mid afternoon we could have nuts or my new favorite treat - rice cakes with peanut butter (it only tastes like styrofoam the first couple of times and the PB makes it good) and dinner was a lean protein, veggies and a complex carb if needed.  And then for dessert, if you wanted, you could have a piece of fruit.  And water.  Lots and lots and lots of water.  They recommended 3-4 liters of water a day.  I drank more because I'm a drinker.  I have to always have a drink nearby.  In the old days it was always a Diet Coke, now I probably over hydrate myself with water.  Not a bad thing, right? 
 
 
 
Now, I understand this is how many healthy people eat normally, but this was so outside the norm for us, it was a shock to the system.  No more late night snacking, no more caffeine (oh yeah, NO caffeine on the plan), nothing too fun basically.
 
This sounds harsh right?  It wasn't.  I was rarely hungry.  Given the fact we were eating 5 or 6 times a day, I was rarely hungry.  I did have cravings for bad things in the first couple of days, but it was nothing I couldn't handle.  I suddenly started to feel great.  In addition to the food, you also took some vitamin supplements provided by Advocare (ie, Omega Plex, which has Omega-3s).  Within a week I was down 6 pounds.  I kid you not.  6 freakin pounds.  It's amazing what changing your diet can do for you. 
 
After the initial 10 day "Cleanse" you move to a maintenance plan where you are allowed more food (ie, eggs, Advocare protein shakes, etc).  We kept up our eating plan from before and quickly fell into a "norm" with the eating.  Our cravings went away and the way we were eating became something that we wanted to continue with.  Who are we?  We are changed!  Will we eat this clean forever and ever?  No.  Will we have pizza sometime?  Of course.  But we know the building blocks of what our bodies need and don't need (more fruits/veggies, less fast food) and want to continue on that road.  Like, I said, we are changed.
 
Case in point, today while everyone around here was munching on Halloween candy, I was eating fresh pineapple and grapes.  That's progress.
 
Today is day 24 and I got on the scale this morning.  I am down 9 pounds from where I was 24 days ago.  Seriously, I kid you not.  Amazing.  Hubs is down 6 pounds (he didn't have much to lose).  I learned through this that this is how I want to be.  I want to be healthy, I want to eat cleaner than I was, I want to maintain a weight and not fluctuate 5-10 pounds throughout the year (which is normal for me). 
 
Regarding Advocare, will I continue using their products?  Maybe.  I don't think their products did this for me, I think it was the change in diet that did it.  The regimen, not necessarily their supplements, changed our outlook on things and broke us of bad habits.  So I don't know that I will be continuing to use the products, but maybe some of them.  (ie, their Spark energy drink is fantastic)
 
So that's that.  If you've been reading a while and you've seen the influx of vegetables in our meals and my reference to "clean eating" - this is why we've been doing it.  As you know, I am a regimen person.  I need someone or something telling me what I need to do/eat (ie, Insanity) so that I can stick with it, so this worked for me and I am so thankful it did. 
 
Tomorrow, when the 24 Day Challenge is officially over, what am I going to eat?  An entire pizza!!

No, just kidding.  No, I probably won't eat anything special or anything that has been "off limits", I will probably continue to eat the same way I have been, because it's good for me and it works and I want to see how far I can go with this.  Plus, I have cruise coming up, so I gotta maintain this weight so I can have a feeding frenzy on the cruise.  Haha.

So that is that.  24 days is all it took to change me forever (or at least for the next few months anyway).  How crazy is that?

Kicking a Habit

Oh Insanity, you kill me!

No really, I thought I was going to keel over this morning. Today I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit, which is a month one workout and wow, I forgot how hard it makes my heart beat and how out of breath it makes me. I wish I had a heart rate monitor because I would love to know how high my heart rate was at times during the workout, and how many calories I burned in total. We'll just say I burned enough calories to take care of breakfast. Awesome.


But overall, awesome workout today. Very glad I am integrating the Insanity back into my weekly routine. Let's see if it will take care of my jiggly thighs in time for the cruise. Hehe.

I would just like everyone to know that today is DAY 24 of no Diet Coke. I think I might have successfully kicked my addiction. And when I say addiction, I mean addiction. I was a little nutso about Diet Coke for years and years. Like, to the point where some days that was ALL I drank - no water, just Diet Coke.  Bad.  Or when I thought in my mind that I "needed" Diet Coke every morning to start my day. I really don't. In the last 24 days I have learned that I don’t need it like I thought I did.


And it was easier to kick that I thought it would be. I don't crave it like I used to. Would I like to have one every once in a while?  Sure. But will I ever go back to the way I was before?  I hope not. Yes, water can be boring, but it also brings so many benefits. My skin is better, I feel less bloated, and overall I just feel better. So hooray! If you're on the fence about getting off the Diet Coke (and I know there are lots of you out there who do want to quit it, you just don't know if you can) - try it for a week. You'll be amazed at how long you can go without it once you quit it for just a few days. So that's my advice for today.  Do it, do it!  And then tell me about it!

I am going to talk more about the last 24 days in a separate post, but for right now I've gotta get going. Pray for me that I will be able to walk later today, because I am pretty sure I am gonna be sore after today's Insanity session!!

The Plan for This Week

As I mentioned before, I'm a little off this week.  It took me a while to understand that it was Tuesday today, and not Monday.  (seriously, I hate taking Mondays off for this reason)  Another reason I don't like starting my week on a Tuesday ... my workout schedule is askew.  


Monday workouts are always easy because it's Monday - it's a new week, a clean slate, a chance to get back on that wagon.  Mondays are just synonymous with starting over, if you will.  Anyone else feel like that?  Just me?  


Well this Sunday, amidst all of the anniversary fun, I made a plan.  A workout plan.  We are t-minus 3 weeks away from our cruise, and after my sedentary lifestyle last week while I was traveling, I am feeling a little lethargic and out of shape.  So I decided to bring in the big guns for the next three weeks.  Go back to my roots. INSANITY.  


As you may or may not know, I started this blog at the same time I embarked on the Insanity 60-day Challenge.  For those who don't know what Insanity is, read this.  In short, it's an insane, 6 day a week cardio-filled workout regimen that literally makes you burn more calories than a half marathon, in a single 45 minutes.  OK, that's a lie, but it's a series of really intense workouts. I completed the 60 days and kicked ass.  You can read about my results here (they were, you guessed it, insane).


Anyway, I digress.  What better way to kick my butt into bikini ready shape than to integrate Insanity into my schedule?  Smart right?  So here's my plan:  3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - do a Month 1 Insanity workout.  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - run, gym, strength.  I gotta keep up with the running because I have a half marathon in the not too distant future, and I don't want to lose the momentum I built up for the Wine and Dine, so that will still be in the cards.  


Realistically, Tuesday or Thursday will be rest day probably.  But maybe on a good week I'll be able to pull out a 6-day workout week, we'll see.  Saturdays will be long runs outside.  But Monday, Wednesday, Friday for sure will be Insanity days.


So how am I doing so far on my newly laid plan?  Uhh....  


Well, yesterday I did an Insanity workout, I did the Fit Test.  And I did a little bonus arm workout on Exercise TV called Strong & Sexy Upper Body, which was great.  So Monday, check!  Tuesday, today, the plan was to get up and go to the gym and run 3 miles.  That didn't happen.  So I will try again on Thursday.  Tomorrow, Insanity.  Plyometric Cardio Circuit is already in the DVD player ready to be fired up bright and early tomorrow.  Gosh, am I excited.  (totally being facetious)


So here's what we've got (I've gotta put it in writing to make it stick):
Monday - Insanity Fit Test  DONE
Tuesday - Rest  DONE
Wednesday - Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Thursday - Gym, 3 miles on the treadmill
Friday - Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance
Saturday - 4 mile run outside
Sunday - Rest


That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!  I'll let you know how it goes...  :)

Anniversary Fun

Happy Monday Tuesday!  It's my first day back in the office in what seems like a loooong time (over a week) so I am a little bit off today. 
 
Hubs and I had a wonderful anniversary weekend!  We stayed out at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort on Saturday and Sunday, and it was just beautiful.  The grounds there are just gorgeous, and paired with the fall like weather, it was just so nice.  We spent most of Saturday just putzing around the grounds.  We probably walked like 2 or 3 miles around the whole place.  (OK, maybe that's an exaggeration, but we walked for a really long time)
 



 
After our long walk we were thirsty, so we stopped in at the self serve food court type place and got ... water.  Yeah, so boring.  We're still anti-soda, so water was our only option.  I jazzed mine up with a lemon slice (somebody stop me!).  Oh, and I also paired my water with a COOKIE.  Yeah, that's right.  Since it was our anniversary weekend, we decided to splurge and have some sweets.  I thoroughly enjoyed my giant sugar cookie.  I might have been the best cookie I have ever eaten since I haven't had a cookie in three weeks.  No joke.
 
 
That evening we had reservations for dinner at a fancy restaurant at the hotel called Boatwright's.  It was delicious!  Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, but our meals were amazing.  Hubs had prime rib and I had grilled beef medallions and this delicious cheesy pasta stuff.  It was so very good.  We also had dessert - bananas foster angel food cake.  This sounds good in theory, but it was just so-so.  After dinner we did more walking out at Downtown Disney.  The weather was so cool and breezy, it was perfect walking weather.
 
Sunday morning we woke up, had a delicious breakfast and then parked ourselves at the pool for the remainder of the day.  Heavenly.
 
 

 
Monday, our actual anniversary, was business as usual.  Hubs had to work, but I had the day off.  So I did something really exciting and went to the DMV.  Doesn't that sound like a fabulous way to spend a day off of work?  UGH.  Why is the DMV so scuzzy?  Luckily I had an appointment, so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.  A word to the wise:  ALWAYS make an appointment.  Always.  So now my license is renewed for the next 8 years.  I'm not entirely happy about my picture (I loved my picture on my old license), but what are you gonna do?
 
After the work day was over, Hubs and I had big plans to go to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival to see Boyz II Men!!!  Boyz II Men are at Epcot Food and Wine every year, and we always love going to see them.  So it was fitting that they were playing on our anniversary.  We had a great time eating around the world (and boy, did we eat!!) and enjoying the smooth sounds of one of our favorite groups growing up. 
 


All in all, fantastic anniversary weekend!!  I still can't believe it's been two years since our wedding.  It seems like only yesterday we were dancing the night away!  Time flies when you're having FUN! 
 
And now it's back to the grind.  Back to the office, back to work, but only three more weeks til the CRUISE!  So at least we have something to look forward to!!

Two Years Ago...

On this date two years ago...


I got all dressed up.




And so did Hubs.




And we convinced our friends and family to get dressed up too.












And we vowed to be together forever.






And J sang.




And we were pronounced husband and wife.




And I danced a little jig.




And then we posed for pictures.  Lots of them.












And then we danced our first dance as husband and wife...but certainly not our last.






And there was a sweet serenade.






And then a fun performance!





And there was more dancing.  MUCH more dancing.










We had so much fun we had family doing this.




It was the most perfect wedding.  




And we knew it would be forever.




Happy 2 years Hubs!  To my best friend and my mate for life!
